Bed mattress is extremely hard - like sleeping on a board 4. Only 1 pillow per person 5. Doonas do not have covers 6. One pillow did not have a pillow case 7. No face washers 8. No instructions for complicated washer/dryer 9. Desk not manned (as per instructions) so no initial access to building. We had to wait and enter at the same time as someone else 10. “Sofa bed” is 2 foam pieces that go on the floor - more like a futon in two pieces 11. Inadequate sheets and bedding supplied for sofa bed, which we had to make up ourselves 12. Inadequate amount of crockery - only 2 of many items - and clouding glasses and mugs

Terrible bed- do not stay! Negative: The bed was absolutely atrocious. There was no mattress on the bed, it was the base of an ensemble, hard and unable to be slept on. We ended up sleeping on the couch folded out on the floor. When we contacted the host about it, nothing was actioned.

Overall pretty nice Positive: Great location, little far from some public transport such as trains. However great for after an event and easy to get back to! Negative: Very hard bed.

We had a stress-free and enjoyable stay and did everything we set out to do during our stay. Positive: The facilities were very clean, the views were excellent and the property was within walking distance to the venue we came to Sydney for. We were very satisfied overall with the apartment. Negative: The bed was too hard for our liking.
