Overall pretty nice
Positive: Great location, little far from some public transport such as trains. However great for after an event and easy to get back to!

Positive: The location was amazing, the view fabulous! The bathroom was spacious and the shower hot and clean.
Negative: There was a used condom behind the side tables, the bed was unbearably hard, there was no tea towels to dry up the small amount of dishes used on the last morning, the wifi in the guidebook was wrong!

Clean, modern and central location
Positive: Clean kitchen and bathroom, modern facilities, walking distance from sports precinct for All Elite Wrestling show and train station
Negative: Uncomfortably hard bed, slept on top of blanket, no tea or long-life milk provided

Great apartment in a great location.
Positive: Great location, very convenient for my stay, apartment was a great size with a huge bathroom!
Negative: Mattress on the bed was very stiff/firm. But I overall did not sleep badly.
